Do you charge for a quote?
No. We come out, survey the roof properly and give you a fixed written quote free of charge, with no obligation to go ahead.
How quickly can you come out?
For active leaks and storm damage we prioritise same or next-day make-safe. For quotes and non-urgent work we'll usually get to you within a few days.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry public liability insurance on every job and work to current roofing standards. Proof of cover is available on request.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Re-roofs and flat-roof systems come with a written 10-year workmanship guarantee. Repairs are guaranteed too — we back what we do.
Will you try to sell me a whole new roof?
No. If your roof needs a repair, we repair it. If it genuinely needs replacing we'll show you the evidence with photos, but the decision is always yours.
Do I need scaffolding?
Full re-roofs and most larger jobs are scaffolded for safety and to meet working-at-height rules. It's included in the quote — no surprise add-ons.
Which areas do you cover?
Stockport and the surrounding SK postcodes — Bramhall, Cheadle, Hazel Grove, Marple and beyond. If you're near the borough, just ask.
Can you deal with my insurer?
Yes. For storm and accidental damage we provide the photos, report and itemised quote your insurer needs, and we're happy to deal with the loss adjuster directly.
